| Abstract | O esquema de superfície Simplified Simple Biosphere Model (SSiB), calcula as trocas turbulentas de energia e umidade entre a superfície vegetada e a atmosfera. O modelo SSiB, acoplado aos modelos meteorológicos global e regional do Centro de Previsão de Tempo e Estudos Climáticos do Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, inclui tratamento complexo do albedo, do balanço de energia da superfície e da umidade do solo. Portanto, antes de seu acoplamento nos modelos meteorológicos, faz-se necessário que seus componentes e seu funcionamento como um todo seja verificado, assim como é necessário que a resposta do modelo a erros e incertezas nos parâmetros de entrada seja avaliada. Portanto, este trabalho tem por objetivo realizar uma série de testes de sensibilidade no esquema SSiB, utilizando medidas micrometeorológicas, hidrológicas e fluxos de energia e de umidade obtidos em área de caatinga do Nordeste Brasileiro. The Simplified Simple Biosphere Model (SSiB), which calculating the energy and moisture turbulent changes between vegetated surface and atmosphere, coupled with the global and regional meteorological models of the Brazilian Center for Weather Forecasting and Climate Studies/ Brazilian National Institute for Space Research, includes a complex treatment of the albedo, the energy balance of the surface and the soil moisture. So, before its coupling to the meteorological models, it is necessary to test the sensitivity of its components, as well as to test the response of the model to errors and uncertainties of its input parameters. Thus, the goal of this work was to carry out a sensitivity test of the SSiB model, considering micrometeorological and hydrological data collected in a caatinga area of the Northeast Brazil semi-arid region.. |
